Pricing and payment
Work
Before we start working on your project, our team will evaluate your property's current condition free of charge. After the evaluation process, we tell you the approximate time and price of the work.
We charge $105 for the first hour for any work and $95 starting from the second hour. The minimum order is 1 hour.
Trip expenses
We have a trip charge of $25 on the initial visit.
Materials expenses
If you want us to buy materials for you, let us know! For example, sheetrock, wood, screws, nails, door knobs, vents, door stops, etc. You can always do that yourself, but if you want us to take care of it, we will add materials to the invoice.
Safety
Reliable and affordable repair is our credo, but we also care about your comfort and want you to feel safe. We work with an excellent professional, Rebecca, so if you want her to do the job, let us know.
Payment methods
We accept debit cards/credit cards (with a 4% convenience fee), checks, or cash as well. You always pay at the end of the job, with no prepayments.
